ROBERT MUCHNICK

Robert Muchnick is an accomplished and skilled attorney with more than twenty-five years of experience practicing law.  Mr. Muchnick gives companies practical advice, negotiates on his clients' behalf, and litigates vigorously when the circumstances warrant.

Mr. Muchnick has extensive experience providing strategic advice and counsel to companies concerning employment issues that arise on a daily basis.  Mr. Muchnick's many years of experience also includes litigating cases in state and federal courts, in private arbitrations, and before governmental agencies.  Mr. Muchnick’s litigation experience includes appearing on behalf of an amicus curiae before the United States Supreme Court, representing companies in the defense of class action and collective action wage and hour lawsuits involving hundreds of plaintiffs, defending against claims arising under anti-discrimination statutes and other federal and state statutes and laws, and litigating non-competition, non-solicitation, and trade secret cases in federal and state courts around the county.

Mr. Muchnick is admitted to practice law in the States of Michigan and New York, as well as in the United States Supreme Court and multiple federal appellate courts and federal district courts.
