ABOUT THE FIRM

The Muchnick Law Firm was established by Robert Muchnick in 2019.  Mr. Muchnick established his firm to deliver superior legal services while providing maximum value to clients seeking an alternative to the large law firm model.  The Muchnick Law Firm focuses on representing companies and high-level executives in employment, general business, and contractual matters.  Mr. Muchnick’s extensive legal experience representing companies in complex matters and business acumen serve as the foundation for the firm’s practical approach to providing legal representation.

Prior to establishing his firm, Mr. Muchnick practiced law for more than 18 years with an Am Law 200 firm in Detroit, Michigan, where he was a partner in the Labor and Employment Department, the Practice Group Leader for the Non-Compete Agreements and Trade Secrets Practice Group, and the Practice Group Co-Leader for the Wage and Hour Practice Group.  Mr. Muchnick also gained valuable experience practicing law with a large, national law firm in New York City.
